- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.
- This guarantee is available for all Shared Hosting plans. VPS Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Domain Registration services are not eligible for this guarantee, except in certain cases as outlined below.
- Eligibility for Refund
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your initial payment.
- Refunds will be issued only for the hosting services, not for domain registration, setup fees, or any additional add-ons purchased during the term.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable after the domain name has been registered, as these fees are paid to domain registries.
- VPS Hosting & Cloud Hosting: These services are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee, but we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if there are significant performance issues that we cannot resolve.
